How to Apply
Begin your journey with ALIT — a clear, step-by-step enrolment process.
Overview
Begin your journey with ALIT
At ALIT, applicants embark on discovery, growth and transformation through an enrolment process designed to open doors to career opportunities. The process moves through three phases — Application, Acceptance, and Entry into Australia — across seven straightforward steps.
Phase 1
Application
1
Get started — learn about us
Contact ALIT by phone, email or through our website. We provide a Student Handbook and Course Brochure covering our programs, admission requirements, visa eligibility, living in Australia, and our refund and appeals procedures.
2
Apply — choose your method
Apply online (choose your course and intake, complete the mandatory fields, then review and submit) or in person (download the application form, complete it digitally or by hand, and submit it with your documents to the ALIT office).
3
Application screening
Our admissions team reviews each application against the course requirements. Where paperwork is incomplete, you will receive a Conditional Letter of Offer together with a Student Agreement.
4
Course entry interview
An enrolment officer schedules an interview — in person, by phone, or by video call. If you are a strong fit, an Unconditional Letter of Offer is issued. If documentation is incomplete, we discuss alternative course options with you.

Phase 2
Acceptance
5
Review, acceptance and payment
Carefully review your Unconditional Letter of Offer and Student Agreement — confirming course fees, duration, start date and all terms — before signing and submitting your payment.
6
Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE)
Once we receive your payment, signed offer and agreement, ALIT issues your Electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) by email. This is a key document for your student visa application.

Phase 3
Entry into Australia

Orientation and course commencement
Arrive on campus by 9:00 AM on the first day. During induction we confirm your personal and housing details, contact and next-of-kin information, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), individual needs, and your Unique Student Identifier (USI).
